About this property
Fairy Island is a small forested island with one long white sand beach on its western side and rock on the east. The whole island is covered by a single Transfer Certificate of Title in one owner's name. I have walked it twice with the owner and with a geodetic engineer. The survey matches the title.
The beach faces the sunset and is sheltered from the northeast monsoon, so a boat can land there most of the year. There is a flat area behind the beach of roughly one hectare, enough for a main house and a few guest cottages without cutting the big trees. The rest is sloping forest with views across the bay.
There is no power or water connection. A solar set-up and rainwater tanks are the usual answer here. The owner has kept the island untouched, which is rare at this size this close to El Nido.
