Horizon Estate is a boutique brokerage based in Palawan. We sell land, beachfront lots and private islands in Palawan and the nearby provinces, to Filipino buyers and to foreign investors.
Most of our work is done on the ground: walking boundaries with owners, sitting at the Registry of Deeds, and getting a boat to a property before telling a buyer it is worth their time.
How we work
We list only what we have checked ourselves
Every property on this site has been visited in person, and its papers have been read before it went online. If we have not seen it, it is not here.
We say no to title problems
If a title has a defect we cannot fix, or if the seller cannot prove ownership, we do not list it. We lose some listings this way. We keep our buyers.
We handle the whole process
Survey, due diligence, contracts, taxes and registration are handled with our lawyer in Puerto Princesa. You deal with one contact from the first call to the new title.
