Barumbong is a small cove between two headlands, with one family holding the beach lot in the middle. The lot is 12,500 square metres with 95 metres of beach and a flat coconut area behind it.
This land is held under a tax declaration, not a Torrens title. That is common in this part of Palawan and it is the reason for the price. Titling is possible but takes time, usually one to two years, and a buyer should budget for it. We have checked with the DENR office that the land is classified as alienable and disposable, which is the first condition for titling.
Access is by boat from Port Barton, or on foot from the next village. There is no road. Power has not reached the cove, so solar is the realistic option.
